1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You may choose to process through our website checkout or through PayPal. If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click on the “Checkout” black button located on the right side of the screen. If you wish to continue through PayPal, please click on the PayPal button You will be transferred to our Customer Information page. You will be prompted to enter: Email address, Name, Address.

If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the " Discount" field located on the right said of the screen. Be sure to click on the "Apply" button in order to have your discount calculated and applied to your order. Continue by clicking “Continue to Shipping Method” button. Please make sure you have input the delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address.) Once everything is completed, click on “Continue on to Payment Method” You will need to enter in your payment details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable. Once you have completed the form, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary together with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

2.WHAT IF THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at oraltechshop@gmail.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with a proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you ! You may keep it as a gift from us.

3. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept four types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover). You can also pay via PayPal.

4.HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Choose the item you want to order and then click "Checkout" button. You will then be transferred to our Customer Information page on the next page, fill-in the corresponding information needed You will see a “Promo code” field on the upper right most part of the page You need to input the discount code and then click apply. You need to verify if the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it applied on the breakdown listed below.

5.HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net. You may also track it at "Track your order" tab on our website"

6.IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

7.WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation of order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (EDT, -4 GMT) on the same day. After that time, cancellation will no longer be accepted. You may contact us via oraltechshop@gmail.com to request cancellation.

8.IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?

To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses credit card processor for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway, keeping all data encrypted with AES-256. Neither us, or other online shoppers can access your banking information.

9. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. The only cases where we would accept a return and/or refund of an open item is the item arriving damaged or not working as intended (please refer to Point 2 above on the page)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 
oraltechshop@gmail.com.


Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
